Shipping policy
Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, ELYSEE Uhren GmbH will ship the purchased items to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed in individual cases, the purchase prices include delivery and shipping costs. Collection by the customer is not possible. Delivery in Germany is generally free of shipping costs. For delivery within the European Union, shipping costs of €9.99 apply (for a shopping cart value of up to €98.99); shipping costs do not apply from a shopping cart value of €99.00. Outside the EU, shipping costs are €19.99. International shipping costs €39.00.
ELYSEE Uhren will ship the purchased items - unless a shorter or longer delivery period is expressly stated - within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment if advance payment has been agreed between ELYSEE Uhren and the customer.
ELYSEE Uhren points out that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold is transferred to entrepreneurs when the goods are handed over to them or to a person authorized to receive them, whereas in the case of sale by dispatch the risk is transferred when the goods are handed over to a suitable carrier.
In the case of contracts with consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold is only transferred to the consumer when the goods are handed over to the consumer; this also applies to sales shipment.
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall also pass to the customer if the customer is in default of acceptance.
