Terms of payment / payment methods

The amounts listed as purchase prices are without exception final prices and include all price components including applicable sales tax. In individual cases, however, taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred for cross-border deliveries, which must be paid by the customer.

The customer independently selects the preferred payment method from the available payment methods.

If ELYSEE Watches agrees an advance transfer with the customer, the customer undertakes to pay the (total) amount without deduction no later than ten days after receipt of the payment request. In the event of the unsuccessful expiry of the period, the customer is in (payment) default without further explanation.

The customer can only exercise a right of retention if his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
