Your privacy and the protection of your personal data (Data protection)
Our data protection policy is aligned with the Federal German data protection act (BDSG) as well as the German Teleservices Act (TMG). We use your basic data only for the fulfilment of your order. All customer data is stored and processed in accordance with the relevant regulations. At all times you have the right to access your information, and request correction, blocking and removal of your saved data. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us your request by letter or fax.
We will only pass on your personal data, including your home address and email address, to third parties with your express permission, which may be rescinded at any time. Our service partners, who require the information in order to complete the order, are excluded from this (e.g. the delivery companies who will transport the goods and the credit institute charged with taking the payment). In these cases the data shared is limited to the minimum required. By subscribing to the newsletter your name and email address are used with your permission for our own advertising purposes, until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. During the order process and creation of a user profile you have also expressly shared your personal information and given permission. We wish to inform you that at any time you can rescind that permission for future use.
For registered customers information on the content of their basket is saved in our data bank, which can then be recalled on your next visit. If you register with us or want to place an order, we need your customer data. If you are already registered as a customer with us, you can simply log on using your email address and your password. The data saved in the data bank means you do not have to complete the form again. If you later decide you will no longer use the services of the website, you can at any time remove your registration by sending an email to email@example.com with your name and the instruction to end your registration.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files which are stored on our computer and which make it possible to analyse the use of the website. The information gathered by the cookies about your use of the website is usually transmitted to the Google server in the USA and saved there. Where you have used an IP anonymiser on our website, your IP address will be abbreviated by Google within the member states of the European Union or, in other countries, before it leaves the European economic area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transmitted to the Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. As instructed by the owners of this website Google will use this information to evaluate the use of this website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide further service offerings connected to the use of the website and the internet to the website owner. The IP address transmitted to Google Analytics by your browser will not be linked to other data Google has collated. You can prevent the storage of cookies by changing the settings on your browser; we advise you however that if you do this you will not be able to use all the functions on this website. In addition you can prevent the capture of the data provided by the cookies and the related data produced by the use of the websites (incl. your IP address) by Google as well as the processing of this data by Google, if you follow the link below and download and install the browser plugin provided [The current link is http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de].
Use of Facebook social plugins
This website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") from the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with the Facebook logo or the rider "Facebook social plugin”. An overview of Facebook plugins and their appearance is available here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin. If you call up a page from our website, which contains such a plugin, your browser sets up a direct link to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is sent directly by Facebook to your browser and is thus linked into the web page. Via the plugin connection Facebook receives the data that your browser has called up on the relevant page of our website, even if you have no Facebook account or are not logged into Facebook at that time. This data (including your IP address) is sent directly to the Facebook server in the USA from your browser and is stored there. If you are also logged onto Facebook, then your visit to our website can be directly matched to your Facebook account by Facebook. If you interact with the plugin, for example clicking the “like” button or writing a comment, this information will also be sent directly to the Facebook server and saved there. This data is then published on Facebook and is visible to your Facebook friends. Facebook can use this data for marketing, research and tailoring Facebook pages to customer needs. In addition Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website in relation to the pop-up advertising on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to offer further services to people via Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to send the collated data from our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before you visit our website. The purpose and scope of data collection and the further use of the data by Facebook as well as your related rights and options for stopping data sharing for the protection of privacy can be found under the data protection policy on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php
